Health professionals can apply on behalf of a family or their work department. One entry per family or department. Entries close at 11.59pm on 30th November 2018 with the draw taking place on 1st December 2018. The winner will win a £750 voucher towards the cost of a UrZone and 10 further winners of £250 vouchers towards the cost of a UrZone will also be drawn.

This competition is worldwide (apologies but we are currently unable to accept entries from U.S.A.) and the winner will be chosen by HKD Solutions Ltd. The judges decision is final and the winner will be contacted by the contact details they've provided as soon as possible following the draw. If we are unable to contact the winner by Facebook or their contact details, after 72 hours another winner will be drawn. No cash alternative given.
